The location is incredibly convenient right opposite Big Sainsbury’s. After work, I go straight to the gym, grab a protein or energising booster drink (they have a great variety in the fridge), take a class, and within an hour I’ve ticked off my workout for the day. No wasted time.

What is DI30 exactly?+

DI30 is our signature 30-minute training format combining strength, HIIT, plyometrics, agility, and functional work in one session. It is coached and scalable for all levels.

Do I need to be fit before I start?+

No. Sessions are coached and adjusted to your level from day one. Beginners and experienced members train together with appropriate scaling.

Can I just use the open gym?+

Yes. You can train independently in open gym, attend DI30 classes, or combine both depending on your goals and schedule.

How does the free trial work?+

Book online or enquire by phone, then come in for a tour and trial class. There is no hard sell and no obligation to continue.

Which location should I join?+
